Not sure if this has been seen before but it screams for dutch bling
No dyes used, just different voltages

Or DIY with diet coke apparently
https://www.briangreen.net/bbb/2013/...diet-coke.html
We do this all the time restoring antique car parts. Though we do it in revers to remove the oxidation. (rust). FYI nothing special about diet coke. it is just the electrolyte. I use washing soda and in a pinch plane old salt water. Though salt water on iron is not desirable. To remove rust you switch the electrodes. You put the Positive wire (red) on what you want to oxidize (i.e. red=rust).
I use a car batter charger. though if Ti is voltage dependent then, I'll have to figure another way. The Blues and purples can also be obtained by heating (1000F).
Yay electrolysis!!! Works super good for reversing the oxidation process. I may try this on my Ti stuff and see what happens.
I tried the positive on my left frontal lobe and the negative on my right lobe.
Now my eyes have turned blue and I have an uncontrollable urge to buy Dutchware.
Is this reversible?

I did my titanium bike frame.
Used a borax electrolyte and a variable DC power supply.
Played with a scrap Ti bar (bought for a few bucks on eBay) to confirm what colours would show from what voltage.
Did the bike with purple at the head tube, fading to raw Ti from the seat tube back.
Then I got adventurous. Got some custom vinyl stickers cut with my nickname (billygoat). Stuck them either side of the top tube, and re-anodized over the top to a light gold colour, so when I peeled the letters off they remained purple against the gold.
If I get sick of that one day, I'll buff it back to raw with a brillo pad and start over

I did one of my cookpots in various rainbow colors but they weren't very brilliant. Now the soot has mostly obscured the colors. It was fun to play with though.
