    Oh boy, I'm not sure. It's been sitting unused with the rest of my gear so long, I don't remember. I'm 5'7", so I probably got the regular, but I'll take a closer look at it when I get home and see if it says anywhere on there. I googled it and found the weights of each, so maybe I can figure it out that way if there's no tag.

    Is item still available? If so you may want to bump it at least once every week.
