S-biners? Some people use them to fasten tarp doors, so they can open them individually.
Not sure of any specific uses for S hooks.
Not sure of what context you are inquiring, but some cheaper hammocks have been sold w/S hooks to attach hammock to suspension.
They don't have a place in my kit. You have a nice hammock setup and I wouldn't recommend them, but if you find a good use please share with us!!!! We love new ideas.
You can use them to make a TRIPOD FOR COOKING. (not my video) but for hammock suspension, they have limited utility.

By s-hooks I'm assuming like the type used on motorcycle tie-downs. I use s-hooks at home for nightly hanging. The 1/4"+ diameter makes life easier on the cl's.
I use micro s-biners for attaching ridgelines etc.
To hang S's.... ba dum bum.
If you're talking these, I think most use them on an UQ suspension to attach to the hammock suspension.

S hooks are used for some types of hammocks to go into and eyebolt or the likes.
I use S-biners to hold my UQs onto my hammock ridgeline.
