    Well we can always just drop off a jug or two by the last shelter. I usually carry 3 liters anyways on dry hikes.

    I stayed at the shelter last year that you guys are hiking past and there was definitely no hand pump. Closest water was about .3 miles as the crow flies (not as the man can walk).

    Works for me. I just need to get out for a backpacking trip. I havent been out since last April. Need to put some miles on my feet. I just cant sit around all day. Hell I hiked the trails all around I&M canal when I stayed there. I just want to walk and camp

    Would join ya but I am doing the northern kettles the weekend after, going to be doing the sitting and eating thing the weekend your going
