Over 56 5 star reviews, as of yesterday, and you only upgraded to a C- due to one questionable complaint. Obviously the complaint is not worthy of a reply.
This small cottage vendor has a large presence in the hammock world. Great customer support, as well as innovative gear, is the main component of that.
I ask that you take a few minutes and do some research.
Maybe contact the company yourself. Please.
I will wait a few weeks and ask again.
