    Over 56 5 star reviews, as of yesterday, and you only upgraded to a C- due to one questionable complaint. Obviously the complaint is not worthy of a reply.

    This small cottage vendor has a large presence in the hammock world. Great customer support, as well as innovative gear, is the main component of that.

    I ask that you take a few minutes and do some research.
    Maybe contact the company yourself. Please.

    I will wait a few weeks and ask again.
    I think this company and the rating that you gave it is worthy of my time. I hope it is worthy of some of your time.

    All of the jokes about the need for "Dutch Bling" is truly based on the innovation and effort that you put into hammock gear.
    Having met you a few times I can call you one of the finest hammock members I have met.
    And having called your company a few times I can say my experience with your customer support is top shelf.
    So I do not think it unworthy to give these people a nudge in the right direction.

    And, they started it with a "D" rating for only one complaint. "First Blood" so to speak. Humorously.

    Absolutely! So many people put a lot of trust into what they read on the internet. Even if the BBB isn't up top, it's still out there for anyone to see. It's important they see a truthful representation.

    Good point - especially since the BBB was before the Internet some people value its ratings above all the ratings, rankings and reviews sites that have spawned in the Internet.

    Sometimes these rating services want the business to pay them money in exchange for displaying the better ratings.

    I think if we keep asking them why the rating stayed low, they will either explain or change the rating.

    Thanks for reaching out. The BBB reached out to the business and received for your information contact information pertaining to the GM. I do all reviews only. We reached out due to him having a compliant to which he NEVER responded too. We cannot take a horse to drink if they don't drink. We have reached out to him he has to respond to the complaint. Unless, he did so I haven't been in the file in a couple of days.

    Wow...guess the BBB will hire just about anyone, written communication skills or no.

    Am very curious if the BBB "reached out" to Dutch to say they could fix this pesky rating issue if only he were a member, at $475/year or whatever exorbitant price.
