Dutch's BBB Rating

I added a 5 star review as well because I have placed a few orders with dutch and get wonderful service and quality product from him. The handwritten thank you does not go unnoticed either.

Oneclick however may have a point. For this reason, I'm going to go post reviews also of Warbonnet, quest outfitters and RSBTR.

Let's not let one disgruntled con artist get out ahead of our favorite dependable vendors again!

I wish I had more suppliers to my company that gave the high level of service Dutch and his team does.

Is a 6 on a 1 - 5 scale the same as an 11 on a 1 - 10 scale? We all know that 11 is one better than 10.

Done! Who knows if it will ever show up, but it's in there regardless. Like has been mentioned previously, my experience with the BBB has been near worthless.

That was funny. There were over 200 comments backing up Dutchy. Hahaha I cant stop laughing at that. Dutch said, " and please for the love of god dont call me dutchy". Oh you know im calling you that next time i see you hahaha

I went to the BBB to see exactly what was said (I always like to go to the original source) and the only complaint I see doesn't match with what you are saying. It seems more about a person who wanted to switch a wide body for a regular and had issues with the various shipping charges.

Is there a different complaint that I'm not seeing or our you getting information from a different source?
