But please don't let it start another wave of negativity. I would like to move on to positive happy things.

    Dutch's BBB Rating

Gave a 5 star BBB review! Dutchware responds so quick and always very helpful. If there are any issues the RMA process is one of the easiest and least frustrating experiences I've encountered. Thanks Dutch!

Does anyone actually use the BBB anymore? There are some many better sources now. For instance, you can check these types of forums, review sites and YouTube video review.

Some older people still use the BBB. Others, like the woman on Facebook, use it to defame business owners. Unfortunately, they are pretty much legal extortion against business owners. The only way to fight it is to do what we, Dutch's loyal customers, are doing and that is to provide such overwhelming truthful evidence against them that a business like Dutch's doesn't have to pay them off to get what they have already worked so hard to achieve, a good reputation.

Mountainfitter, I am new to Glowire. How is it different than Kelty TripTease LightLine?

So you manufacture your own cord, webbing, and fabric now? Or is the pot calling the kettle black? Your reflective cord that looks extactly like mine and is made to the exact same specs by a mill in china is according to you "a generic cord I bought form the barrage of emails I get everyday offering me rope." So either your knocking off my cord or your supporting a mill that's knocking off my cord. Then you name it just like my product too.. You told me that back in April when I said you where copying my Glowire.

I just wish you practiced what you preaced.. Don't worry Dutch, my post will be deleted by hammock forums soon. Speaking the truth about sponsoring vendors is not allowed here.
Some people are just impossible to please. Cant make everyone happy.

    From the BBB Representative.
    Ken,
Hi !!! My name is Allison and I take care of the reviews for businesses from PA to VA.. I did get in touch with the GM Alex Thomas, he wants to be the contact person for all of the BBB communication. So, yes it is the correct person. Secondly, the reviews don't make the rating go up. The reviews makes the "star rating better". I sent him some things that will help his rating go up, and he needs to take care of the complaint he has never responded too. We appreciate your review an it has been published. Thank you
    And
    Hi
The BBB has a 72 hr policy with publishing reviews since it was sent into the BBB on the 7th it's already to go after the 72 hrs are up.

Also, you need to verify your email address with the BBB so we can get this published.

Looks like you did all set to go after 72 hrs

So, if you verified by the link in the email, then 72 hours later your review should show.
    I collect vintage camp stoves.
    I roast coffee at home.
