    The BBB will rue the day they crossed a bunch of internet hammock nerds!!

    People being told "we'll boost your rating if you pay and join us," and even a guy who registered the terrorist group Hamas and received an A+ rating.

    Basically, if you pay them, they'll rate you highly. You know, LIKE A BRIBE. If you don't, they may give you a low score.

    Fortunately, something tells me an F- wouldn't stop most people from buying Dutchware.

    I believe the fine print when I made my review said that reviews don’t effect the rating. Go figure. I wonder what the rating is based upon if not customer experiences?
    Here it is from the terms and conditions: “I understand that customer reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB Rating.”

    So, one complaint, no matter how invalid and the company not responding to the extortion, is enough to get a bad rating.

    The Dutchware GM has to give a response, I guess. Or we can keep asking why until they finally realize that they were wrong.
