Just the rest of the trip waking up in the morn from night one and ten exploring Stairway Portage Falls.
Then back down the Caribou Rock Trail to Moss Lake Campsite with some stops along the way.
Morning chatter then back to trailhead and heading home with a stop in Cloquet to Gordy's Hi-Hat for the best burgers ever.....https://www.gordys-hihat.com

Watched part one last night eating a #13 from Jersey Mikes. I couldn't have had a better half hour. Haha. Excited for part two tonight.

Where does a person get those permits you mention for camping in the BWCA? In person? Online?

I get my permit online but you are required to go by a Ranger Station to pick it up and get grilled. That is for overnight trips.
Dayhikes you can fill a form at trailhead.

I did not want to stop and sit and order. Kinda fancy there sometime and I had Gordy's on my mind. Needed licorice ice cream...but they were out.

I watched both parts 1 & 2 this morning while having coffee and a bagel. Great stuff, as usual Shug. I've only been up that way once, but your videos sure have me missing it. Some real purty country up there. Love the looks of both campsites. The view up top there was second to none!
