    In winter, an AE New River KAQ below and a Hudson's Bay point blanket bulked out with an AE Alpine Blanket above. I live in an apartment in Minnesota and the thermostat seems to be under the control of someone in (I'll guess) Tahiti.

    In more moderate weather, I don't need much insulation: nothing below and a thin wool throw blanket or a sheet above.

    I use my 40F HG Phoenix underneath year round as my bedroom rarely gets above 75F (without AC), even on the hottest days, and I always have a fan blowing on me. For top insulation I bought a thin twin-size fleece sheet that I double up. I use that year round as well.

    Same here although I bust out the incubator 20 on super cold winter temps
