The mountainfly sale is the silpoly but yea, unfortunately the thunderfly is the silnylon.

I'm a Canadian thinking about taking advantage of the sale and wished the minifly was offered. I would like to ask some opinions for those who owned/own/used the 1.1 double layer blackbird if the 1.7 single layer XLC/Eldorado is more comfortable and worth the update while it discounted?

Being in Canada I was hoping to take advantage of this as well but it looks like this one isn't for me.

I'm after a winter Mamba for my GF and a stash jacket for me.

If the stash jacket was 40% off like it was last year I would order it separately but at 15% I'd get killed on the shipping, conversion and duties.

I will either have to wait for a better deal where the mamba can be included or hope my DIY skills improve quickly enough to just make my own at home.

Sucks though, I really want the jacket!!

The picture of the XLC on the website says it’s on sale but it’s not. Am I missing something? I was really hoping it was gonna be on sale today.

You have to select the right model. Only certain fabric options with certain colors are on sale. You have to play around with the selections.
