The hang is less than a month out now so time to start checking your gear that you plan to bring.
Got a pork butt for the hang. Still have to pick up some more....and some sausage for breakfast, eggs ect.

Truth!
Made a list of gear and checked it twice. I'll also be bringing my new pacemaker I got at the first of last month.
I'm going to bring both family recipes for Vinegar based and Blue Cheese Cole Slaw to go with the butts. I was going to bring my famous Bachelor Beans but it looks like Hot Lips has that covered. That's a good thing, mine usually produce a Blazing Saddles campfire scene.
Blue cheese coleslaw sounds like a type I might like. Will add what I am bringing to spreadsheet this weekend when I have computer access and once I decide.
at least we would have our after dinner entertainment for the eveningmine usually produce a Blazing Saddles campfire scene
I still have to make up the BBQ sauces. Bought a bunch of squeeze bottles for the sauces. Have not made any of these before so it will be interesting to see if any of them are better than the others as they all have pretty much the same ingredients ( with the exception of the SC style Mustard sauce ), just different amounts.

That Cole slaw sounds great! It's getting close. Got to get Gunner to do this, Got to get Gunner to do that. Got SO much to do and so little time. I NEED to get in the woods! Ahhhh!
Don’t stress yourselves, we know you’ve been through the hurricane. And it put you behind schedule. Most schedules are self imposed—-
Except at work. We will share meals, swap lies, and drink coffee.
Hang your hammock, relax and enjoy the world going back and forth as you swing in your hammock.
Overstress can lead to illness and stress related disease——don’t ask me how I know.....
I prefer to think of it as telling tall tales. In the military...all tall tails start off with this statement.... "this is a no Shi##@%"swap lies,
20 years in the Marines taught me that if I could get enough sleep at night I could put up with just about anything.Overstress can lead to illness and stress related disease
