My Alabama White Sauce and Flowerpot Creamy Smoke sauces are freshly made and in the cooler. Chicken fresh out of the smoker, to be pulled and flash chilled before headed to the cooler as well. It will be around 4pm Angel gets out of her after school show choir rehearsal and then we will be on our way to the hang! Hope to be there before 7!
Planning on leaving by 4:30, hope to be there by 6:00!

Ima tell you what—Gunner and Slugger knocked it outa the park—ribs&pulled pork&wangs wuz tasty. Gunner&Terminater made 5 sauces and 3 rubs. Starthru made authentic Alabama white sauce and a hybrid white&smoky along with a mustard sauce. I made a sweet white sauce that came in a close second to Starthru’s Alabama white sauce. I tried them all and they wuz all good. It wuz not my fault—had to go back three times for more Q, so I could try each sauce.
So many good people and friends Ive not seen for a while.
