Hello,

New hanger as of this spring. Bought a Hennessey Expedition Asym Zip with a Monsoon fly. I've only gotten to hang a few times but have stayed warm and dry with the addition of a cheap blue CCF pad. Looking forward to more hangs in the future and am adding to my camping gear as money allows, in hopes of making it into the backcountry eventually.

No mods yet, just purchased some tent pegs. I have ordered some black reflective guy line though because my current hanging locations aren't very isolated and I don't want anyone to trip. I am thinking my next mod will be adding some 'biners and rappel rings to the suspension to speed up hanging and adjusting the hammock.

Excited to be hanging out with you all and learning from your experiences.

Not at all! Lots of trees around here and more as you head north. Now I wouldn’t go to the dunes expecting to find a place to hang but other than that good to go!
