Bad weather forecast. Wind. Strong wind. Cold wind. Few drops of rain. Cold. First summer day. Special destination to what is described as almost hurricane conditions. Small trees, safer area. And hoped for wind protection. Didnt happen
No one knows whats happening up there, but we were ready for that. Building the camp site was a bit challenge as we tried to protect the children a bit more than necessary. But hey, the fire and nice wood healed the cold. And there is always a cozy hammock with some down nearby.
