    insulation storage

Hi all, I have a few questions about insulation storage. I know loose hanging or loosely stored in a mesh or cotton bag is the standard for quilts and bags. Is there any reason to NOT store insulation in a very large airtight dry bag (like a sealline 120 litter type)? What about a large plastic tote? How many bags would you say could go in a 30 gallon tote without compromising the compression?
    Thanks all!

Oops. I read 30 gallons as 30 liters. Ignore my previous post.

30 gallon will get a couple of quilts for me. One thing to keep in mind with near airtight storage is moisture management. Desiccate packets are a very good idea to toss in.

I cover this in our Care and Cleaning video as it's my preferred way to store quilts.
