    Kitsapcowboy hasn't been active on the forums for a while, but yes he sewed that himself. All you have to do is place a beastie D and a line-loc 3 (or similar line tensioner, I use the line-loc V) on a length of grosgrain, fold it over and put a single bar tack behind the hardware. You can also just stack 2 beastie d-rings if you don't want to use line-locs for the tie outs.
