    I’ll go try Lowe’s. HD didn’t have the end caps. I got everything else all done!!

    Hefty Hanger nice job. I like the idea of staking down the tripod stand.

    If the wind is blowing, I just divide my hammock into thirds and using paracord or similar, tie an overhand knot, around the hammock fabric. That way the hammock doesnt turn into a sail and pull down the TDS.

    For a little extra piece of mind, instead of the sleeve that you got rid of anyways, I wrap the top rail connections with a strip of duct tape. Honestly, I probably dont need that either but it gives me a little piece of mind. I fold over one edge of the duct tape for simple removal upon the takedown of the stand.
