    Bonding silpoly

Just curious.... Is it possible to bond silpoly? If it is, has anybody played with it?
People tend to compartmentalize themselves into IT people, and movie star people, and scientists, but when we share our perspectives about nature, we find a common denominator.

Check with Ripstopbytheroll; I think they have done that.
I do bond my reinforcements to my tarp to make them stay put for sewing. Never experimented to see how strong the bond was though. I just used a few smears of silicone sealant as glue.

I believe there is a post at RSBTR and they recommend doing the tie out re enforcement using silicone for attachment. I know I have repaired holes in silpoly using just thinned silicone and it seems to work great.
