Got my Trail Lair from Simply Light Designs today

Just had to give my quick 2 cents on my new hammock. I love this thing. Super comfortable, glad I went with the wide. Ordered it late last Tuesday, special color request, and received it today.

Really well made, love the peak shelf.

I know most all of the cottage places have great customer service, but I still think they're the best on that too. It seems like when I ask them a question my phone dings before I set it back down.

jared is awesome. I think he is the fastest vendor we have. seeing as it's all made to order and he ships it within 24 hours

I also want to commend Jared on his workmanship and quick order fulfillment. I had questions which he replied to quickly, and he gave honest assessment of my fabric questions. He even upgraded my Trail Lair zipper to the dual zipper for free. I am very happy with my hammock, tarp and accessories purchased from SLD, and will continue to be a frequent and loyal customer.

Yeah, I’ve been dealing with him lately and heard before that you guys say he was fast. How true that is! I just wanted to check out the Streamliner, but now that I have experienced his quick responses and very quick build times, I will be looking at him before anyone else to see if he can make it! It certainly helps that he has some unique products as well!

IMO, respectfully speaking, of all the fine vendors on this forum leads the pack there's no IF's, AND's, or BUT's about it,...he's tops.

I have heard so many people talk about the trail lair being so comfortable that they stop using their other hammocks... I keep thinking I'm going to make it my next hammock.
