Btw the jet featured in the video is a harrier. Not an F-18. They are pretty cool planes, able to take off and land vertically ( like helicopter would)that’s what those little auxiliary wheels are you can see in the video. ��

Shug...it was a pleasure to meet you and get to spend a few minutes talking with you. Hickery contacted me a couple of weeks ago about providing a shuttle for the two which I was happy to do. Sam does not know that he is now a famous UTube star.
One thing we have in NC is lots of great BBQ joints and I try and eat at all of them. I ate at Wilbers BBQ ( Goldsboro NC ) on my way back from the MAHA hang a few weeks ago.

Hickery and Shug got to the parking lot where I was to met them to give them a ride just before I did. All of Shug's camping gear was still in his suitcase so he had to take everything out and pack it into his pack for the hike. I think he spent more time going thru the meals he brought for the week trying to decide which ones to take than he did anything else. I took the opportunity to take a few pictures

My son and I just did our first hang on this trail about a month ago. Had a great time. How bout the flavor of that pump water? Wooo Buddy
Been wanting to do this trail for awhile now...maybe in the fall...great video!
