I'm with Chazz, Iam truly sorry I had to miss this one and all the foodz.
I had a spiritual retreat that I have done for years that conflicted, and I went with feeding my soul instead of feeding my gut-bag.

Really glad you guys had a great time, and I will take consolation that the cast iron cookery at every hang is just going to keep getting better and better. [BTW~ Roger's sprouts sound wicked gud]

We plan on raising the bar on the cast iron and dutch oven cooking in the future so take solace in that. You were missed but your soul and those folks at the retreat were way more important!
