I think that fallkniven tutorial is the one I used, and it works well.

I used a different knot at the end of the constrictor to make mine a bit easier, as I wasn't a fan of the Prusik finish; it grips too much when I'm trying to shorten the sling. Instead, I used the icicle hitch to grip the inner cord, because it's easier to slide "up" but grips well when loaded.
