I'm hanging from joists in my basement ceiling so my anchor points are fixed by height and distance (19' apart and 84" from floor to joist) - which is probably a somewhat standard basement height. Can you hang at 19' or must you hang at 23'? My hardware is fastened to the bottom of the joist.

A single 19' Joist? Can't you put the hardware wherever you want?
