Great I can compliment both evening meals with desert and snacks then 👊👍

For Friday night: I will smoke a few Boston Butt Roasts for pulled pork, as well as provide buns and a couple of bottles of BBQ sauce. I'll need a rough head count by Tuesday, June 5th so I know how much to bring.

Medicine Woman I would count on at least 40-50 folks by Friday night as you can see from the spreadsheet. Not all may eat and some may be rolling in later into the evening and eating on the way in. You do not have to feed everyone! And everyone should please bring something that will complement the BBQ sandwiches if you plan to eat so there will be plenty of food.

It is with much sadness I have to report that I won't be able to make it this year, something has come up that weekend and unfortunately it's not something that I can miss. I hope y'all have the best of times and I'm looking forward to next year!

Aw shoot, I'm so sorry you can't get here Bob. But maybe you can come by for a visit to Blackberry later on this summer, why wait until next year!

Tried calling the campsite but no answer yet... Any idea if there would be any secure and air-conditioned space to store instruments over the weekend while not in use, and whether any power will be available for (small) amplifiers? I have an electric upright bass which might fit in nicely, but it doesn't like spending much time in hot or humid (or cold or dry - very picky) conditions. I'd probably also need a 120VAC outlet, although I might be able to run my amp off of a battery. I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it, and even if I do I'm not sure I want to have my bass outdoors, but it would be nice to know if that's an option.

Also, any idea how many people will be bringing kids? I'd probably be bringing my 11 year old son. There's still plenty of space if we can bring stands?
