I was reviewing your packing list posted in the "Building a lightweight setup. But there's so much to choose from..." thread. Would you let me know what a couple of items are?

Personal items
Hip pocket items: SAK Classic, whistle, AM, map, sunscreen, chap stick, compass

What is the SAK Classic (Swiss Army Knife?) and AM items?

SAK is Swiss Army Knife and Here is a link for the little Classic.

AM is Aqua Mira (liquid drops, for treating water) which I carry in a little 3ml bottle. Here is Mike Clelland's video about the daily pre-mix method. For a trip of several days, I use a couple of separate 10ml bottles for A and B parts, and the AM mixing cup to make a daily mix (about 25 drops each from A and B) which is then vacuumed up into the little 3ml for treating that day's water.

Here is a link for the 3ml (3cc) and 10ml (10cc) bottles I use.

Here is a photo of the AM "kit" for about a week's worth of water treatment... can't get much lighter than this!
