Please change me to Friday and Saturday nights. Had something come up that's going to delay our arrival. Thanks!

Wow, hate to do this last minute, but my group won't be able to make it this weekend. I was really looking forward to meeting everybody and seeing their hammock setups, but I guess it wasn't meant to be this year.
Do what needs to be done when it needs doing.

That's too bad. I was looking forward to record numbers this year. Maybe next time.

I should be there by 2pm to open the gate, but will send out the gate code to those that might beat me there.

I mentioned about 10 months ago a possible hike activity. It's pretty short, but a bit of a descent down from the rim. Maybe Friday?

Looks to be about a 45 minute drive: https://goo.gl/maps/pmHKbyHfmdr

Iím game for the RR tunnel. Itís right there on AZT passage 26.

Thereís also passage 28 from the 87 going North to Jacks Canyon for a good out and back. Iím thinking about this on Friday morning.

    AZsteelman,
That is a lot of mouths to feed Friday night. Would you like me to double up and bring something for that evening as well?

Different sites conflict on the weather forecast. Best guess is to plan for:
    High: 61
    Low: 30
Some showers are possible, 20%-50% odds right now.

I can bring a canopy, but I am only there the first two nights.
Ok, I am heading out for the provisions. Sunday Steak and Egg breakfast is based on 18 confirmed attendees for Sat night.

Wolverine, we'll need bacon for 18 people. I think 2 slices each should be good considering the rest of the food that will be there. So maybe 3 packs of thick cut?

Whatever you work out, I'm grateful for. Thanks man.
Red Belt Grand Master Barista. Don't ask me about it, or there will be coffee made.
