Oregon: Spring Snowmelt Soiree

That unfamiliar glowing ball of light in the sky is pervading and the grey skies are getting longer. Tree line mosquitoes are around the corner, too. Perhaps the time is nearing for a HF get-together before the summer fills up with family canoe trips, beer festivals and PNW Burning-Man tributes....?

Myself, I'm not so much a planner as an instigator. Had such a grand time with the winter crew and, well, momentum in like-minded outdoor folks out here in Oregon prompts this call to action.

No dates. No plans. No expectations...yet. But let's hook up, yeah?! Post thoughts, ideas, trip plans here. Let's get it!

Sadly I just sold all my hammock gear but I'm itching to get out and do something...bored and unemployed and traveling right now.

I'll be in Oregon early May if anyone else knows the area and can suggest a location and a time.
