Wow! What a great comprehensive video. As an owner of the original XLC, it was great to see such a thoughtful survey of all the refinements and features of the new, upgraded model. Thanks for bringing this information to everyone.

Exactly, THANK YOU Shug! Very helpful. I’m running this full kit and it’s awesome to have Shug cover it all.

There is a lotta range in this hammock. I do find the double layer very very comfortable.

A lot to show! .....I'm tired. Think I'll go lay in it.

    Nice, loving mine so far.

Was that some mandolin bluegrass Dust in the Wind? Real purdy.

EDIT: Forgot to say thanks for the tip biner/ridgeline. Very handy to know.

Thanks Shug, this is perfect timing. I just last night placed my order for a Blackbird XLC.

The Warbonnet underquilt protector looks really unique, sized to hang roomy and loose around your XLC and Wooki underquilt.

The underquilt protector looks to be shaped, rather than a simple flat piece of fabric that is gathered at the ends; is it one piece of fabric with long curved darts at the ends to give it a curved 3D shape, or is it actually constructed from two or three shaped panels sewn together?

It was Dust in the Wind.
I do the biner thing all the time sitting and staring.

Yes it is more panels than just a big piece of nylon. 3 panels I think.
