What to use in place of D-rings on my cuben fiber tarp?

I recently bought a used cuben fiber tarp by Hammock Gear, but the previous owner cut off all the D rings everywhere, even for the ridgeline. I'm wondering what my best options are for replacing them, or should I just tie directly to the loops? I was thinking about attaching Dutch biners to the ridgeline loops and then attaching my continuous ridgeline to those, but I'm not sure what will be best. I currently use a Dutch continuous rideline with Tato tarp connectors on my other tarp and would like to continue using the CRL. For the 4 corner tie outs, do the D rings missing even matter if I just tie my shockcord with hookworms directly to it? Thanks in advance!

D rings aren’t necessary. Come to think of it none of my 5 tarps have D rings.

You can send it to HG and they'll put D-rings on; a friend of mine just did that and got those nice Beasty D-Rings.

Threading a grosgrain loop with frozen fingers sucks.

I like the small key ring type loops Warbonnet uses. They are also a fuse and will let loose before the tarp tears in high winds.

Zpacks has some LineLoc 3s (LL3) with loops sewn into them. (Scroll to the bottom of the web page.) The loops can be larksheaded into the existing loops on the corner tie-outs.

For the ridgeline, it's possible to wrap some Prusiks or Klemheists with cord that is attached to the existing loops on the tarp.

I just received my order of these today--I'm adding them to my Superfly.

I cut D-rings off my tarps. No need for them. Just something else to break. Added, unnecessary complexity. IMHO, of course.
