    Question Chameleon integrated quilt hooks

Do you folks have any tips/tricks/insights for me on how best to utilize the Chameleon quilt hooks with a JRB Mt. Washington UQ?
Is there a simple fix or addition to the UQ edge that will allow the 8 perimeter hooks to capture the UQ and keep it in place?
I plan to use cord over the RL in order to tighten up the ends, but tend to move a lot at night and would like to keep the quilt from shifting as much as possible.

    Thanks in advance!

I have put three layers of masking tape on the inside to reduce the width of the opening. I wish they were a little more snug than they are. Also i hook two of them. The ones at my head and feet.

I found using the Chameleon integrated quilt hooks difficult to use, other than at the head & foot ends of my Loco Libre under quilt suspension. There, the integrated hooks can accept the quilt's shock cord but it's very hard to use them where the shock cord is enclosed by the channel fabric that runs the length of the quilt. My solution for a more snug fit, was to add the Clip On Quilt Hooks from Dutch... I fit them on 2 of the little D rings on each side of the hammock & problem solved.

    They work well.

    Thanks
I will try this. I have found my 3/4 length UQ shifts too much with only head and foot ends suspension clipped, and these on the middle hooked on the Chameleon should help.

I don't use the Chameleon quilt hooks at all - I find they just drag the quilt to where I don't want it, whereas if I don't attach it all, it sits quite nicely.

This may be something to do with the size of my quilt - I have a 3S Warbonnet Yeti, which is a 2/3 length quilt (amazing quilt by the way - extremely pleased with it and it has served me well; everyone should buy one).

Here's a picture of the Dutch Clip On Quilt Hooks attached to the D rings on the Chameleon.

Thanks for posting the picture! Just by looking at the clips on Dutchware, it didn't look like they were large enough to clip to the D rings...but, there it is!

Thank you everyone for your tricks. It's interesting to see how others "skin a cat".
I've been playing with options, and this one applies only to the JRB as I do not have other UQs to compare their connection/suspension points. I did order Dutch's clip on quilt hooks but don't care for the idea of another small piece that I can loose or break. I am using an over-the-ridge-line suspension loop. The 4 quadrant grosgrain loops on the JRB match up very well with the foot and head end quilt hooks on the Chameleon, and 1/8" shock cord "clicks in" very well to those hooks. I've put small loops of shock cord through the JRB grosgrain loops that attach to the Chameleon's end quilt hooks. This interconnects them very well while still allowing a little freeplay so the quilt can move with me but without getting away.
Thanks again and thought I'd add another "solution" for those looking at this conundrum.

I tried tying a clove hitch around the shock cord and hook with 1.75mm zing-it. Worked great!
