The quilt in question has this feature.
"The bottom of the topquilt is bent and extended upwards ("shark fin" construction) to provide more space for your feet."

I would never recommend a top quilt with a nominal length shorter than the user.

This is very good advice. I am 64" tall and have an Enlightened Equipment short top quilt that is 66" long that works, but I would prefer a few more inches. I definitely would not go any shorter. My 70" long Loco Libre top quilt is what I would consider the perfect length for me.
