Wilderness Logics Budget Winter Quilts are great!

I was able to do an overnighter this weekend and the temperature got down to 21 degrees last night. I have the Budget King Winter top quilt and the Budget Winter underquilt from Wilderness Logics. Both are rated for 20 degrees.

I had on a pair of thermal bottoms with fleece pajama pants and a thermal top with a Columbia fleece. I used a piece of closed cell foam in the foot box and I just had on a pair of hiking socks.

I was toasty warm all night long! I'm so happy with these quilts and I know I can take them down even colder.

The quality is great and they are very well made. Marty does a wonderful job making these and his shipping is very quick and I love that these are made identically to his premium quilts just with different down.

I will be buying a set of their premium summer quilts this month and a set of their zero degree quilts before next winter.

I also got to try out my Big Daddy tarp last night too! It didn't rain or snow but the tarp seems to be very nice.

I have a Budget Winter I bought earlier this year. I've only used it twice so far, and both times were pretty mild, but I am definitely impressed in the quality and ship time. I have my eye on the Winter King next.

What sizes are the quilts, and what do they actually weigh?

I now have 4 Wilderness Logics quilts including a budget winter full rated to 0 degrees. All are top quality and I highly recommend them to everyone.

The under Quilt is 78"x 45" and weighs 26.6 ounces.

These are measured on my scales in their stuff sacks.

It just happened like that too. I ordered the xxl king, then last year a winter bud, then this year within 2 weeks snagged a summer series top and bottom from 2 different members on here. I couldn't be happier!
