Looking for pictures of a tarp in "purple haze" color

I'm deciding between royal purple and purple haze for my next tarp. I've seen the royal purple in tarp form, but not any in purple haze. The search function does not deliver any purple haze tarp pictures.

Does anyone out there have a purple haze tarp and can share pictures?

Near as I can tell you have to drop the Brown acid to see the purple haze shade. ;-)

If it helps, I have the 1.2 Robic XL in purple haze and it looks exactly as pictured here: https://ripstopbytheroll.com/product...-ripstop-nylon

The other colors on the site are equally accurate, but you can always request a sample directly from RSBTR.

I pulled the trigger after chatting with Paul from Underground Quilts this morning. My Purple Haze tarp *should* arrive in time for our Wisconsin SprinterGiving hang in early April. Paul thought it is probably their first tarp in this color. I'll be sure to post a picture!

Is that a different color than the "Deep Purple" RBTR used to stock for 1.0 oz ROBIC?

Yes it is different. It actually my favorite color that we carry. I selfishly hope we offer it in more fabrics. It has an eggplant/slight reddish tint to it that makes it look really cool.

Oh, I'm so glad to hear that!!! The hammock I made is the Deep Purple fabric and I love those dark, rich, royal purples.

(Oh and side note Intimidator - I just sold the hammock set up I bought from you + my 1st tarp to pay for this new Purple Haze Palace).

I certainly didn't know what I was getting myself into when I joined the forum. (And the guy who purchase my gear, Steve, *I think* is now on this forum. We'll see if he becomes equally as active. Maybe there is power in that coyote brown 11 ft hammock!)

I agree w/ Intimidator, the Purple Haze is the best purple I have seen to date. The Membrane purple is very dark, more so than the old hyperD deep purple.
