I am going to be moving down to the Charlo/Meck greater area [probably within a 50 mile radius W-N-E depending on what I find for property], and would love to know who's around down there.
Let me know who you guys are, and where to go.... I used to live in NC, so I'm not a complete n00b and will prolly have an idea what you are talking about. I just didn't hang back then.

Hey there - I’m from Charlotte. The closest national forest for many of us is Uwharrie. Bit further off you have Linville Gorge and Wilson Creek. Then there’s Shining Rock Wilderness, the Great Smoky Mountains and more.
