I have to make some room and this stuff is just too bulky. It would really help me out if you would make some quilts this Spring.

I see 2.5 for summer quilts but what's best for 40 degrees? Will 3.6 be good enough?

Thank you. I never knew this would compress down into a stuff sack. I was under the impression it had to be bedroll like carried. Very excited about this offer. very much appreciated.

May start. Harper's Ferry traditional flip flop.
Could finish in GA as late as November.

I like to be a little cold to sleep. I use a light blanket at home in the winter. I woke up a few nights ago cold. The thermostat in the hall said 66 so I think my room was closer to 60. I added a beach towel and by dawn I was too hot to sleep.

What if anything based on this could you suggest as a temperature rating for me.

Also my blanket will be 60 inches wide by 80 long. How many yards do I need?

I am looking at using the 2.5 oz./ sq yd for a hybrid TQ/UQ. The layers will be a CDT - Climashield - OutdoorInk fabric. I am expecting this hybrid to minimize, if not eliminate, heat loss where the sewn through stitching is.

Dutch, I think I should combine a visit to your shop with a trip to Green Dragon. Maybe even go to Shady Maple.

Thank you Kitsap. I had 5 yards in the cart but confused my self with the numbers. I definitely want to be able to pull it up around my head if I get cold without curling up my toes. 80" makes good sense as does the two sets for temp variety.

Not concerned about the weight as this will be used when car camping with grandkids. I want something for them to get started in hanging.

I'm starting to think a 2.5 and a 3.6 with some sort of way to attach them might be good
