    Autumn Trout'n Leaves Trip

    • Late September/Early October: Algonquin Weeklonger's/Marshmallow rendezvous
    • When: Sept 24-30, 2018. Hopefully we'll have some fall colour
    • Where: Weeklongers - Midweek - Canoe L. to McIntosh, Marshmallows - Weekend Canoe to Tom Thomson
    • Notes: Long paddle into Tom Thomson followed by 2.3 km portage to McIntosh. I've never seen a fish caught on Tom Thomson.
    • Opportunities: Rationalize gear (eg. stoves, tarps, axes and saws)
    • Meal Ideas: Group soups or not? Food caches/resupply for Weeklongers
