Mine arrived 2 days ago, can't wait to set it up. i'm rigging up a place to hang in the basement this weekend. If there was trees in my yard I'd be testing it outdoors.

I heard you were getting to -28 up there. We are back down to the mid 20's tonight. The weather is nuts this year. +1 for a day then back to -25 overnight

Well if anyone can put these to the test, it is you Canadians! I look forward to reading your results, and hope they are successful! Just don't forget: your frequent lows are well below the systems rating, so don't forget to add any available warm clothing not needed for wearing during sleep- add it down below the pad and all under the space blanket. This will provide a VERY significant boost, guaranteed! Why let unworn warm clothing go to waste? I always need to add something if I am going below freezing, though some do a bit better.
Bill way down in north MS ( where we have a big warm up to 70F today!)

I’ve been to -2C comfortably in mid October and combining it with my HG 20F underquilt got me to -15C that I’ve tested.

If you are asking me... I believe it was the following. for -2C I used 2 homemade Costco down TQ and medium fleece. For -15C, I used my HG 10 TQ, 1 homemade Costco down TQ and wore puffy jacket and pants and Marino wool base layer. I imagine a properly rated sleeping bag would be suitable also.

I received mine today. I ordered it on Valentine's Day, so that was really fast. We don't have the weather to try it though. I hope we get another cold spell before summer.

Been trying to figure out how to test this system, I was thinking of building a stand but decided to try it in the garage tonight. Non-heated garage, it's going down to -20 c tonight. My family thinks I'm completely off my rocker... maybe I am but I think it will actually be a good test for my first try.

I will let you know how it goes
