    LSOH Swift

Needed to pick up a spare rig, and something for a light quick trip. Settled on LSOH as I’ve never seen one/tried one and wanted to give it a go. Placed the order late yesterday evening, and after some emails with James, it was created and shipped today! Looking forward to trying out his gear! Thanks for the quick service!
BTW, it is 11’, flecktarn Camo, Olive Drab netting, with a ridgeline organizer, and a pocket over the shoulder! I’ll post pics once it comes in!

Is it robic? I don't see flektarn as an option, but I'm sure custom orders are fine there. But if it's weren't robic it wouldn't be a Swift lol...mmm just causing trouble here

Mine will be the regular Swift NOT the UL. The flecktarn is a 2.2 weight fabric rated for 300lbs. It’s a standard option. James actually emailed me about the different colored netting, which I thought was cool!

I think you will like it. I love making the left lay Hammocks since it’s my direction of lay. Get to really enjoy pre-ship testing( for a whole 3 minutes). The Flecktarn can handle more than 300lb, closer to 360lb but wanted to put more of a comfort rating on the fabric. Cut this one at 62” wide with a slight Edge Cut as well. I’m sure you will love it

The Swift UL has the netting opening different than the Warrior. The Swift Std uses the same style of net opening. That’s what makes the Swift.

The UL Swift is an interesting beast of lightness. A bit shorter body but longer RL length. Helps with the bit of stretch the 1.3 fabric has. A bit wider in the body then cut with the Edge cut technique. Very comfy.

I bet this has been explained somewhere before, but what is this "edge cut" and what difference does it make in the lay and views??

The Edge cut is applied to hammocks with extra width fabric. One issue people have (myself included) is the extra floppy fabric that comes with the wider fabric. I’m not a fan of knotty mods with integrated bugnets in a hammock. Removing this excess opens up the view a bit and trims excess weight. All my personal hammocks are Edge cut.
