Howdy Folks! I just wanted to give everyone an update from us here at HG. We've been working as hard as possible to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, while still maintaining the quality you're all used to. We have been in the process of hiring and training additional employees, over the last month or two, to help meet the increased demand for our products in the market. To anyone who was upset about a lack of communication from us on the longer-than-stated lead times, we apologize for that and will use this as a learning experience to better our service in the future. To those of you who waited 8, 9, even 10 weeks, in some cases, we can't thank you enough for your patience. We wouldn't be where we are today without our customers' support.
Now onto the better news. We can safely say that our lead time is approximately 6 weeks to ship out new made to order quilts. Our oldest order is from approximately Mid-June. We are optimistic that our lead time will continue to fall, so we can get you all geared up for the fall hiking season, which is fast approaching. Once again, you've humbled us with your amazing support, and we hope we can continue to outfit this wonderful community with wonderful gear.
