Howdy Folks! I just wanted to give everyone an update from us here at HG. We've been working as hard as possible to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, while still maintaining the quality you're all used to. We have been in the process of hiring and training additional employees, over the last month or two, to help meet the increased demand for our products in the market. To anyone who was upset about a lack of communication from us on the longer-than-stated lead times, we apologize for that and will use this as a learning experience to better our service in the future. To those of you who waited 8, 9, even 10 weeks, in some cases, we can't thank you enough for your patience. We wouldn't be where we are today without our customers' support.

Now onto the better news. We can safely say that our lead time is approximately 6 weeks to ship out new made to order quilts. Our oldest order is from approximately Mid-June. We are optimistic that our lead time will continue to fall, so we can get you all geared up for the fall hiking season, which is fast approaching. Once again, you've humbled us with your amazing support, and we hope we can continue to outfit this wonderful community with wonderful gear. As always, feel free to reach out to me via email at [email protected] or give us a buzz at 740-445-4327.

You guys make an excellent product, just don't give time frames you can't meet. People will buy them regardless how long the wait is. Good luck and I hope your company continues to grow, I'm sure I'll be buying a top quilt sometime soon from you.
By all means, let's argue about whether or not a hammock will hurt a tree. All the while ignoring the fact that there is an island of garbage the size of Texas floating in the Pacific ocean. Or how about the fact that over 75% of the world's nuclear reactors are leaking...

My wait began Friday for an Incubator Econ 20. Looking forward to my first real UQ. I emailed and asked for a Burnt Orange inner layer instead of the options shown on the website and they said they can do that!

I am ok with the wait time for the value provided by the Econ quilts, it's not gonna get cold here in Mississippi until November.
