Loco Libre Saver Series: User Reviews?

I'm still pretty new to hammock camping. I hang my DIY Costco "Gemini" under my OutdoorVitals 9' hammock, with an Aegismax sleeping bag. I've taken this down to 40 degF, and I feel like that's about the limit for me. I'm ready to step up my underquilt game, but prefer the economy lines to premium when it comes to cost-to-performance. I'm pretty keen on the LocoLibre Saver Series Habanero 10 deg. I'm considering 77" by 44" (I'm 6'1, 245# and dropping), probably with 1 ounce of overfill.

Now that this line has been out for most of a year, I was hoping to find some more user thoughts, commentaries, reviews, and testimonials.

I understand that the UQ is designed for an 11' hammock. I hope to make it work with a 9' hammock until I upgrade to a larger model.

I own two LLG Saver Series. Unquestionably worth every cent. George is a master, and the Saver Series offers exceptional quality and value for not much money.

Another upvote for the LL Saver Series. I have both a 20° underquilt and top quilt. The craftsmanship is superb; and the Ion fabric feels amazing. You won't be disappointed.

As for the hammock, Dutchware still has some 11' netless Argon hammocks for $30, I believe.

I received my 30 degree Saver Series Habanero yesterday. I'll be adding some photos and doing a little review in a few days. I'll be sleeping in it for the next few days.

I was immediately impressed with the quality and finish of the UQ. I'm sure it's going to be amazing. Is it bed time yet?

I've had my Gemini system down to 28F and other than some adjustment problems, it kept me cozy.

George is great to work with at Locolibre. My saver series underquilt is amazing! Only thing I would have changed is I would have added 2 oz of over stuff. I sleep way too cold now a days.

I honestly love the feel of the ion fabric better than the other lighter fabrics that I have felt (not that the others are bad at all). It just feels amazing.

The underquilt I purchased from George is perfect.... seriously. I am looking forward to my two topquilts in production.

I know I'm a little late to the party, but I finally had my first real hang mid-April with both the Saver Series UQ (10 degree) and TQ (20 Degree). As mentioned on other posts, the quality was impeccable. I am new to the whole hammocking world but was amazed by the silky feel of the fabric and just how warm they were. The UQ set up easily and I had no cold spots or drafts on my maiden overnight. Weeks later, I was showing the TQ to my father on a 48 degree rainy day. He snapped the quilt around his neck, laid down on the couch and took a nice long nap to test it out! The pack down smaller than I thought possible and loft back up in no time at all. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
