Hey guys! I'm 560 miles into the PCT and I've hammocked 76% of the time. This is much higher than my initial hopes of 50. I could have made more spots but I never stopped short just to hammock. I'm doing around 19 miles a day which is a good place for me. Longest day was about 28. I made a one month update video if you all want to check it out.

Hey guys, in Independence, CA conditions in the Sierras are challenging at the moment but enjoy these hammock camping pics from 10k+ feet in Dutch's hammock with underquilt and tarp by hammock gear gang

Nice pics. Keep up the good work and great pace. I'm following The Whimsical Woman as well as Darwin Onthetrail in their CDT through hike quests as well. You are well ahead of these guys but Darwin's been doing 30 miles days the last few days so you may meet along the way. Thanks for the updates and good luck with your hike.

    Greetings Fellow tree dwellers!

I have made it all the way to Echo Lake at mile 1093. I made a few update videos so expect those to come soon but for now I'm enjoying South Lake Tahoe!

Having trouble uploading pics so expect some of those soon as well.

First 700 miles it was hang 75% of the time. Now I've been hanging 100% of the time since I've got to the Sierra's and north. Only part that's no fun is when I stay in a uncomfortable hostel bed and my back gets jacked. Hammock hostels?

Meh thered be so many people wanting to try it and then be mad because they didn't get a perfect night of sleep the first night. Uncle Johny's in Erwin on the AT had a hammock area it was legit.
