I have a new great piece of hardware for daisy chain webbing. It replaces the much heavier climbing rated carabiner as the connection for a whoopie sling or or continuous loop. They are called the Mantis and don't ask me what a pair of them are called. The work well with the sewn daisy chain webbing that are popular with Asian hammocks. It also works well with bridge hammocks. It works especially well as a light, and simple suspension with out Spider Daisy Chain Webbing. We also refined our process on this new piece to have well rounded edges. Here are the Pics, links and a video....

Have only used the non-spliced version but even my son thinks they are great so I'm having to order a pair for him.

Saw them at HangCon 2018. Such a beautiful tiny piece of Ti. And paired with the Dutch Spider Daisy Chain webbing is just awesome.
