I'm looking forward to it but am not able to pay right now. Can I pay when we arrive? The kids are still maybes. My daughter just wants to camp. My son has horrible headaches with migraines tossed in and may be hurting to bad to attend.

Does anyone else have any gear we can borrow?
So far we've been loaned one setup minus top quilt and 2 more hammocks. I have a couple of poly tarps I can bring. And maybe I can find my straps. I can also bring my hammock but I don't like it at all.

If you look at the map you can see the parks with water access and arrange a lift from RAT. So the long answer is you probably can do this hike in parts
Day one and three are about 6.5 me each. Saturday is going to be about 13 miles. Does anyone want to try to do it in 2 days? Very doable. I am considering this, save for the having to miss out on the rabbit!

Here's an option if you want to do it in 2 days and still participate in the fun. Friday night you can park on the street close to Cedar Hollow (it's like a .25 mile hike from the road) party Friday, hike with us Sat through Sun morning, and then just hike all the way back to Camp Tejas on Sunday afternoon (14ish miles.)

At the risk of jumping in too quickly, my understanding is that Rat set the price to cover 2 Breakfasts, (Sat & Sun) and 2 Dinners, (Fri & Sat) along with non-adult beverages and the campsite cost for night 2 which is in a fee area.

Cool. Pleasant surprise. I expected it to just be dinner. Looking forward to the Meetup but also kinda nervous since it's my first one.
