Data to support why I sleep in a hammock.

I am usually 95-97% efficient. At least that is what my watch tells me...

Best night in a bed is 93% and that is a rare occurrence.

People have to believe me now! I have proof.

I'm the same. My fitbit sleep pattern looks like a lightning storm on the graph the entire night. When I sleep in a hammock it's a thing of beauty once I get to sleep.

That's actually really interesting, I'm curious how many people this applies to? I'd also be interested in seeing the data on how it compares to a tent...

same sorta thing here. I see a big difference between bed graph and hammock graph. unless it's too warm, then hammock looks the same as bed, heh

Do you think it might have to do with sleeping outside vs inside? Maybe fresh air helps sleep better? or something unaccounted like that?

Inside or outside ...in the Hammy I'm dead to the world. Any restlessness is minor compared to what it was like in a bed. Bonus besides better sleep is a very very happy back
