    Make sure you coat yourself real good with olive oil first. For the rub, I recommend salt, pepper, cayenne, brown sugar, and some ground mustard. Also, be sure to turn around a few times throughout the night, so you brown up nice and evenly.

    I know it's not the lightest gear, and it's a lot of stuff, but I use a canoe, so it's a lot like car camping, but without the other cars.
