I've bought and sold quite a few things on forums, mainly bicycling related; and while I can understand the need for firm rules, ordinarily one needs to ask questions, negotiate, etc. before making a commitment. The seller did a great job of describing everything, so no additional info was necessary. My PM was just to tell him I'd take it and inquire about payment. Had I read the rules instead of assuming they would be the same as others', I've have saved a lot of confusion - sorry. I'm a noobie to the forum and to hammock camping, but at least I got in a few posts for my trouble!
