I emailed them on 11/24, the day after Thanksgiving, with a question and they got back to me that day. This was right in the middle of their Black Friday sale. I have always had excellent customer service from these guys.
They'll get back to you. They also make great stuff so it's worth the wait.
Holy crap..thanks for all the advice guys..sounds like I'll wait.. I like their product and think it will supercede my expectations I have a grand trunk right now and find it only to be mediocre..

Shoeman, are you aware that warbonnetguy (owns Warbonnet) is responding directly to you? You posted twice after Brandon responded (see post #23 above), and it doesn't seem that you have acknowledged that he reached out to you. As he requested, just shoot him a PM. Maybe you have already, and I just didn't get that impression.
I know it's not the lightest gear, and it's a lot of stuff, but I use a canoe, so it's a lot like car camping, but without the other cars.
Good service over the years. I like their hammocks so much I have 8 of them.
They have always answered my emails and the one time I did call, Brandon answered the phone.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
