They always answer my questions in a timely fashion. Good chance they were closed for the holidays and are just trying to get caught up.

I have to email warbonnet on multiple times and they have always got back to me in a timely manner
I’ve sent in several questions to Warbonnet via email and I’ve always had a response come back. There has been a time or two that it took 24 hours or so but I think that kind of response time is well within reason for a relatively small and busy team.

Somebody break out the Warbonnet bat-signal light for Brandon aka @Warbonnetguy
Showman needs his fix.
The issue could be your emails are going to their spam folders or something. Not sure. But he does occasionally jump on HF.
You could try Alex...he works with Brandon.....[email protected]

Curious about the timeframe. I just recently had a few questions out to some big companies and it was 2-3 days before I heard back. I'd want everyone to shoot for 24 hours, but it's not always possible.
I may be wrong, but it seems like remember them usually taking off around this time for a week or so every year for a backpacking trip. That may be why they aren't getting back to you. I certainly wouldn't give up on them just yet. You would feel silly if went another direction just to later find out they were on vacation.
I hate it when people accuse me of lolly gagging when I'm clearly dilly dallying...
You have to remember, they're a small operation. Be patient and they'll get back to ya. I've never had an e-mail to Warbonnet go unanswered, although they've taken up to a week to reply.
Remember the days before internet, e-mail, etc? We had to either call someone or send a letter snail mail. Aaahhhh the good old days!
