We have cleared all the pre-order backlog that have paid the balance. We still have several pre-orders that have not contacted us. If you haven't gotten the stand or a shipping notice then please contact us.
If you want the stand: go to our website and order it with the appropriate coupon code.
If you don't want the stand now, but want the pre-order deal: email us and tell us that.
If you don't want, or can't get, the stand: email us and we will refund your deposit.
If you have an earlier stand and you want some of the newer parts: email us and we will work that out. We have been slow on pricing parts, and haven't had extra anyway.
Are we continuing to work on improvements? Of course we are. But don't worry, the ones in the pipeline are all retro-fittable to the current V2.0 and some to the V1.0 and Beta.

Sweet! Now all I need is a new shop, 2 more stands (or 2 1/2 stands I suppose), some time at the drawing board, some new materials, and some more time to put it all together... No problem! ;-)
And, I didn't realize this wasn't the DIY thread when I replied. I'll look for your post and quote it over there with a couple of questions that just came to mind.

I finally found my email. Ordering now. I should have checked earlier as I am camping this weekend! There should be trees there. Fingers crossed.

so i have a few noob questions and will most likely have more
i just received the stand and hope to get out at some-point this weekend
1....does it matter which way the poles cross X in regards to facing inward towards hammock?
2....same question about the legs, can both poles from head end be on the outside of the opposite end, or must they be one inside and on outside as per pics in directions?
3....for ridgeline + bottom spreader cordage--they thread through the poles and back and toggle it and done? correct
4....starting points are say 6' baseline, foot end 1' higher is there any starting point for the ridgeline for a 12' hammock
here are some pics of how i have it setup

Brutalguyracing, the only thing I'd note is that we recommend looping the line behind a pole after the toggle per the print instructions (https://www.tensaoutdoor.com/wp-cont...ructions-1.pdf). This is to help minimize line wear, by minimizing movement at the line/hole interface. We're working on a retrofittable part that may obviate this measure. In any case line wear is a theoretical rather than practical issue at this early date.
My own practice has been inconsistent, with no ill results. The system is deliberately friendly to deviations in setup style, with few outright wrong ways to do it. Shug is the first person who noted whether poles should be inside/outside: it can make a small difference in head/foot clearances, but there's no fixed right or wrong for all.
One tip we'll document (is this documentation?): if you loop the guyline over a foot, at a shallow angle from a high anchor point, the loop can slip off, maybe taking the foot with it, and down you go. It's better to pass the guyline UNDER the pole connection before looping it over top, so this can't happen.
As for starting points on line length, one of several projects lacking sufficient gas at the moment is a crowdsourced spreadsheet where users can enter lengths they find work best for them, giving specifics of their hammocks, suspension lengths head/foot, degrees of lean, height, etc. In general I see a lot more problems resulting from too short a ridgeline than too long. I admit with chagrin that while I've never had more than a few moments of difficulty dialing in any of several different hammocks, it always feels more like dumb luck and super obvious stuff than any advanced understanding!
